Lord Treeby Biography

Born in Chelmsford Essex in 1973 to a Devonian couple, Jason Treeby was the last of 3 children, having two older sisters , Karen and Susan. Shortly after Jason’s birth the family returned to the West Country where they stayed for a few years before relocating to Berkshire, England.Jason started his education at Broadmoor Primary School which is located in Crowthone Berkshire (not connected to the Hospital), – this school has recently changed its name to Wildmoor Heath School .

When the family moved to Reading Jason had to move schools, and then attend St Peters C or E Primary School. which was located in Earley, Berkshire. Jason’s Secondary Education was also split across two schools, firstly at Maiden Erlegh School in Earley, Berkshire, and then Edgbarrow Comprehensive in Crowthorne, Berkshire when the family returned to the Sandhurst area of Berkshire.

Jason Treeby married Agata Ostrowska on the 7th May 2007 in Mauritius, and currently both live happily in Hampshire England. Jason has a son William, and a daughter Sophie from a previous marriage. Jason obtained his Ancestral Peerage in January 2012.


Lord Treeby has previously held Senior Management positions within Tesco and Waitrose retail stores, as well as in UK mobile phone giants Vodafone and o2 whilst with ICT Outsourcer.

Lord Treeby current works for a UK based ICT Lifecycle Service Provider as a Senior Manager, and is a Season Ticket holder at Reading Football Club and can regularly be seen at matches with his wife and father.

Interesting fact…

Lord Treeby would have been known as Lord Treby if his great grandfather, Thomas Treeby, born in Topsham, Devonshire in 1858, had not added the second ‘e’ to his surname. Thomas’s father, Joseph Treby, born 1830 in Clyst St George, Devonshire, and his father Thomas Treby, born 1783 both only had one ‘e’ in their surname.
